Great news. I was cast in a commercial and it shot on wednesday. It was cool being with the other actors and pretending to be professional. I feel like I'm fooling everyone. It was a non-union shoot so it was smaller than most, I wouldn't have know the difference seeing as though this was my first. I played the part of a young newly wed who wanted to start a family with her new husband and needed a health insurance plan that will work for her. And my husband... was HOT. You will agree with me if it ever plays in your area. Its a test spot so I don't necessarily know when or where it will air, but I will keep you posted.
Now, define irony for me. It was a commercial for Humana One Health Insurance. I do not have my own health insurance so i asked, not completely seriously, but kind of, if instead of being paid, they could cover me for a year. The director of the shot had now control over that, bummer.
